- No refunds. Returnable product is for store credit and exchange only.
- All Final Sale items will be replaced for the exact same product only
if found defective within 14 days with proof of purchase invoice. No
refunds and no credit notes will be issued on these items, with no

purchase invoice and in original packaging. Product must be in
resalable condition. No visible markings or damage will be accepted
(including but not limited to water marks or writings). Products will

- In the event that a returned product has any missing items (including
but not limited to any packaging, manuals, accessories, or blank
warranty cards), the return may be refused or subject to a minimum 35%
restocking fee. Management reserves the right to assess each return

- All returns, defective products, and exchanges are subject to an up
to 7-day testing period for verification. Minimum service charge will
be applied if no fault is found.
- Any product found to be misused or damaged will not be warranted or
exchanged. Customers may try to claim their product's warranty directly
through the manufactuer.
- All deposits on purchases are deemed to be partial payments and are
non-refundable. Customers forfeit ownership of any product on which
there is an outstanding balance on after 90 days of invoice.
- Labour carries a 45-day warranty from repair date.
- All PST certificates must be presented at time of sale if applying for exemption.
- Final Sale items include but are not limited to CPUs, software,
printers, all-in-ones, scanners, labour charges, LCD monitors, DVD and
CD blank media, clearance or demo items, FTA receivers, optical
products, karaoke machines, items packed in blister packaging that is
not resalable.
- Any products found to be defective or missing items must be reported
to our service department within 24 hours of pickup/delivery to receive
a missing product validation number.
- CBiT Security Inc. respects the privacy of our customers. We
currently keep all invoices and records in an off-site secured
location. Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve any lost or missing
invoice. No warranty, exchange, or return will be considered without
the original invoice.
- Components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the
customer's own risk. CBiT Security Inc. is not liable for any
damage to the customer's existing equipment caused by, but not limited
to, any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased
from us.
- All products brought in for return, exchange, or is defective must be
unassembled if they have been installed in your computer in new
condition without visible or physical markings and in the original
packaging.
- All unsigned invoices result in goods being sold as is.
- Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. If there
are any errors, typos due to data entry, the decision of the sales
manager would be final.
